| 説明 | Here is a case of inappropriate use of police assets. Can you see the motorcycle police officer issuing a citation? This is quite clearly a construction zone. However there is no worker activity at this time. Back by those trees in the distance is a sign that says Construction Zone 25 MPH. Yet there is nothing at this time that would make the 40 MPH regular speed limit in this area more hazardous than if there were no construction. |
