| 説明 | Maxwell Road Food Centre: Mee goreng is the weirdest, yet tastiest hodgepodge. It's considered Indian food (I always must make that designation because to me it's Singaporean/Malaysian. No one in the U.S. would call this Indian food) and consists of ketchup, lamb, chili sauce, yellow noodles and sometimes potatoes (mine didn't have them). I was surprised at the portion differences between Singapore and Malaysia. This is a small. In Penang a large plate of noodles would be at least half of this. |
