| 説明 | My yoga class is held at the local RSL and in whatever room is available. Today's class was in a large room that was being set up for a wedding. Function staff were busy arranging decorations while we practised - a lesson in focus and non-attachment. These empty jars caught my eye and reminded me of the lesson of the mayonnaise jar of life. Focus on the important things in life and there is always time for coffee with a friend. :) |
