| 説明 | Luna, the galah, having a chat with a rather damp Arwen, the Congo grey parrot.This is a young female galah, Eolophus roseicapilla, also known as the rose-breasted cockatoo, roseate cockatoo or pink-and-grey cockatoo. This bird is the Eastern Australian subspecies, Eolophus roseicapillus roseicapillus. She was captive-bred and hand-fed in Germany (March 2013 hatch). Arwen is a young adult (2010 hatch) captive-bred and hand-fed Congo African grey parrot, Psittacus erithacus. After living in a German pet shop for 3 years, she and her sister, Galadriel, came to live with me (they were my birdday gift that year, arriving home with me in early January 2013).
