| 説明 | Lt. Gen. Howard B. Bromberg, U.S. Army deputy chief of staff, G-1, visited the Vicenza Military Community Dec. 17 – 18. As one of the key personnel responsible for developing, managing and executing manpower for personnel, plans, programs and policies for the total Army, Bromberg led a leader professional development brief at the Caserma Ederle post theater to discuss the future of the Army. One of the key points Bromberg addressed during the LPD was the drawdown of Soldiers. “If we have a really big Army, but we can’t get any dollars to train, we’re not going to be very well prepared.
