| 説明 | The F-106 was the last dedicated interceptor in USAF service and was designed as the 'Ultimate Interceptor'.It was developed from the F-102 Delta Dagger and was originally designated the F-102B. It saw front-line service from 1959 to 1988, ending up with several ANG units. Many were later converted in QF-106 target drones and flew until 1998.
