| 説明 | If you're not familiar with preplanetary nebulas, this could be confusing. In the center is a star and wrapped around that is a toroid of dust. Some other dust is illuminated by the star while the dark spots are in front and are obscuring visible light. This one had a fairly odd set of filters to it so I think the colors are represented rather oddly as well. H-alpha is green this time. Usually it's red. Anyway, weird thing, weird filters, weird colors. All channels, in varying intensity: HST_10537_01_ACS_HRC_F814W_sciRed: HST_10185_57_ACS_HRC_F814W_sciGreen: HST_10537_01_ACS_HRC_F658N_sciBlue: HST_10537_01_ACS_HRC_F606W_sciNorth is up. |
