| 説明 | This was a background I just had to use!Arnab spotted it from the other side and had just used it to frame a stranger, I had used it for a street photo and then decided to walk through and see what it looked like from the other side.The lines were god, the colours were nice..so all that was needed was a stranger. It was then that I spotted Dominique. She was sitting outside a cafe next to the alley with her oversized bag on her table. She was alone so I wasted no time in saying hello and asking her if I could photograph her.It turns out that Dominique was an hour early for work, completely by accident, and had nothing to do so was happy to get involved in a quick photograph.Dominque was holding down 2 jobs, one of her roles is with a talent management company - and they employ photographers - once again, in case you read this Dominique - I'd be happy to be called upon if needed, always looking for additional work!At the weekends she works for at the Hard Rock and this is what she was early for on this particular day, and why I got a "let's do the picture" fro her in her super cool Australian accent!I took a variety of shots that looked pretty good on the lcd but in the end when I got them on the screen the landscape shots suffered as the focus wasn't spot on...not sure if it was my misuse of the new mkIII or as a result of playing with the 50 1.2 too much, so I had to use this shot that compositionally is not as strong as I'd like (feet missing, too far to the left) but I really liked the location and the encounter and felt it was worthy of inclusion in the set. **********************************************************************************************************Check my ongoing photo blog and connect with me on Facebook: www.facebook.com/UrbanScot Shot 292 in my 100 strangers project - find out more in the100 Strangers Flickr Group page on Flickr.**********************************************************************************************************Urban Scot www.urbanscot.co.ukThis work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License. |
