| 説明 | 131017-Z-LA359-023HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Maj. Gen. L. Scott Rice, The Adjutant General of the Massachusetts National Guard, and Col. Francis Magurn, Massachusetts National Guard, meet with Lt. Col. Harold Cabunoc, Commander of the 7th Civil Relations Group, Armed Forces of the Philippines, at the Massachusetts National Guard Joint Force Headquarters here Thursday. Cabunoc is visiting the United States on an Eisenhower Fellowship. With over a decade of experience in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Cabunoc represents and promotes the Philippine Army, according to his fellowship profile. Having witnessed communist rebels commit human rights violations against the poor, Cabunoc wanted to be a soldier who makes a difference and committed himself to representing the Army in a positive light. While on fellowship, he will meet with leaders to discuss conflict resolution, peaceful intervention, military leadership and reward systems, and how community development can rally citizens to solve social problems.
