説明See comments for updates.I do not like camera porn. Let's try something different: film development equipment porn! Here is the stuff that I consider essential for developing your own film. Let me know if there is something missing! From left to right:Demineralized water: Water for the wetting agent bath, maybe also for washing. I use the empty bottles for the developer and fixer waste. Do not put that stuff down the drain! Keep developer waste and fixer waste separate.Album: An album to store your films and some cotton gloves. I try to always use those gloves when I touch the film.Vinyl gloves: I wear those during development and when mixing chemicals. Who knows how bad these chemicals really are?Fixer: I use Adofix. For film, the dilution is 1:9. That means if one liter of working solution is good for ten films, the bottle will last for 100 films.Microphen: I need one developer for pushing films or for films like the Delta 3200 and Fomapan 400. Microphen is the classic developer that pushes films relentlessly.Wetting agent: The final wetting agent bath prevents stains and dust. I use Tetenal Mirasol. The bottle keeps forever with the recommended 1:400 dilution.Adonal: Adox Adonal is the same as Rodinal. It works for most films you shoot at box speed. Keeps forever and gives very good tonal range and contrast.Wide neck brown glass bottles: These are my best friends. I have them in 0.5 liter and 1 liter. I use them to store the fixer and stock solutions of developers. The wide neck makes it easy to pour the stuff in and out. They are also good for mixing your chemicals. I recommend getting the 1 liter versions because many powder developers come in packs for 1 liter. Also as a responsible person I would never use bottles that previously contained beverages.Development tank: I use a Paterson 500 ml tank. It came with two spirals that you can use for 135, 120 and 220 film. That is handy if you develop multiple films because the spiral must be absolutely dry when you load the film. You can load two 120 films on one spiral!Clips: I use clips from the DIY shop. They are just as good and cost less than half of the film clips. I need lots of them also for paper. So that saves some money.White Edding pen: For writing on the glass of the bottles.Black Edding pen/labels: I stick labels on the bottle caps. I write the date when I have mixed it and how often I have used it already.Funnel: For pouring the waste into the demineralized water bottles.Plastic jug 1: The round plastic jug is used only for the wetting agent bath. I do not do that in the tank because it is very hard to get rid of that stuff. The developer would get very bubbly next time.Plastic jug 2: I use that for measuring water and for pouring the water for washing.Paterson water filter: I have huge problems with sediments in my water. The water filter fixes most of them. Although it is not as good as demineralized water. But using that for washing would be too costly.Scissors: You need these to cut your film when it is dry.Safety glasses: I wear those to be on the safe side. So you should too. It doesn't hurt.Thermometer: Absolutely essential. The temperature of you developer affects the development time. I use another very exact liquid thermometer to "calibrate" this one. I can only recommend a digital one. The liquid ones break so easily. If you ever had "Galinstan" all around your house you will never get one with a liquid again.Salad spinner: It is the best way to remove excess water from the film after the final wetting agent bath. Wipes and fingers just make scratches.Small measuring cylinder: That is perfect for measuring the small amounts of fixer and Adonal that I need for the small tank.Syringe: The wetting agent is used in 1:400 dilution, so the 1 ml syringe is perfect for that.Eurobox: I almost forgot the Euro-Box. It's very versatile. Put it on your lap to develop while sitting. Use it for storing your stuff and for letting it dry. And you can also use it as a tray for paper development/fixing.I forgot my iPad. The Massive Dev Chart App is very useful. You have all the development times and a timer at hand. And TuneIn Radio keeps you entertained while developing. For loading the film, I put a small IKEA table on the guest bed and put 2 blankets on it. That is less sweaty than a changing bag.At last, I have a large box that I can lock where I store the chemicals. I don't want my child to drink any fixer or Microphen. The stop bath is not missing. For film development, plain water is enough. Please excuse my bad English!
