| 説明 | 811 Virginia Avenue is located next to the former auto body shop that was recently demolished for the future site of 801 Virginia Avenue which is located at the corner of Virginia Avenue and 8th Street, in SE, WDC . Monday evening, 20 February 2006A close friend, Herb Lehner whose project may be viewed athttp://www.flickr.com/photos/perspective/tags/herblehnerproject/ during the early 90's would purchase this building and as a result, perhaps in 1992 or 1993, when developing an event coordinating consortium I had contemplated working with him in the operation of a restaurant establishment whereby I would also create an unique special events venue and art gallery.
