| 説明 | The Great Hall of the National Building Museum located in the Judiciary Square neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The Renaissance Revival style building, completed in 1887 to the designs of architect Montgomery C. Meigs, was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1969. The Great Hall is 159 feet (48.5 m) tall at its highest point. The Corinthian columns, each built with 70,000 bricks, are 75 feet (23 m) tall, 8 feet (2.4 m) in diameter, and 25 feet (7.6 m) in circumference.----------This is one of my older photos I originally uploaded to Wikimedia Commons. |
