| 説明 | Third page of a printed constitution for the Women Citizens' League of Deseronto, Ontario."Regular meetings shall be held on the third Thursday of each month, or as decided upon at the annual meeting.At the request of five members, special meetings shall be called by the President.ELECTION OF OFFICERSThe officers of this association shall be elected by a majority vote at the annual meeting. They shall hold office for one year, or till their successors are elected.DUTIES OF OFFICERSThe President, or in her absence a Vice-President shall preside at all meetings of the League, and with the Secretary sign all orders on the Treasurer for all monies to be disbursed.The Secretary shall record the proceedings of all meetings; sign all orders on the Treasurer in conjunction with the President; conduct the correspondence of the League, keeping file of all communications sent and received; send out notice of meetings to be held.The Treasurer shall keep a record of all receipts and disbursements; pay all orders on her signed by the President and Secretary; give a report at the annual meeting and any other time requested."One of a number of items which originally belonged to Cecil and Elizabeth Argue of Deseronto, Ontario.
